We strive to deliver our rugs worldwide under fair and sustainable conditions.
We are currently able to offer complementary shipping for all orders within the European Union, and can provide you with a quote for any worldwide order.
We also allow easy returns, with a flat fee of €50.
Made to Order
To avoid overproduction, we produce most of the rugs after your order. Please allow for up to 8-10 weeks for your unique product to be manufactured and come to your door.
Free EU-Wide Shipping
Shipping rugs securely and effectively is an art on its own. We are particularly proud to be able to ship our products within the EU for free, and we are working to add more countries to the list.

We ship our rugs worldwide, but to avoid overcharging or making a loss in the process, we need to carefully calculate the cost.

We are very careful with the way we produce and ship our rugs, and we are here to help you be 100% confident with your choice. Should your rug not work for you after all, you can send it back within 15 days from receiving it for a flat €50 fee.
